We are working with the team and the arena to mitigate these difficulties in the future. We apologize for the technical difficulties you experienced.

I understand that you're requesting a refund for a technical issue with a broadcast. I requested a refund and this was their response: Buyer beware and do not sign up they will take no responsibility for their own incompetence. It wasn’t even a technical issue it was just inefficiency on their end. I have a picture of all this but they won’t let me post a pic. I signed up to watch a game that had the wrong rink #, wrong teams on the score graphic in the top left and was labeled as two different teams from who was playing. Hopelessly incompetent and way overpriced A simple tripod for the camera would have made this a 3 star review. Don’t get me wrong, it is great to be able to catch games when you live thousands of miles away and even watch on demand at a later time, but it truly is disappointing for the price. Between the lack of camera focus and the jerky motions it makes it extremely difficult to follow. Don’t expect to be able to read the numbers on the jersey or hear the numbers or names most of the time. At a minimum a tripod should be expected for this price so we aren’t getting seasick watching these games and getting numerous shots of the ceiling instead of the play or scoreboard. Most of the time it seems like a random parent pulled out of the stands was asked to announce without notice, prep time, or training, and a child is asked to hold the camera and try to sit still. Sometimes there is a radio quality announcer and decent camera work. There doesn’t seem to be any training or minimum competency for either the camera person or the announcer.
